Description

In Netscape 4.x there was a tic at the top margin of the composition window
indicating the text column at which the text will be wrapped around (which can
be configured in the Preferences->Mail & Newsgroup->Message Composition dialogue).
This tic seems to be missing in Mozilla, but always has been very useful to me.

(Transferred from bug 154870)

Even more useful would be a vertical line in the actual text
editing area (like the ones some programmer's editors have).
