13542 - pulldown menu still appear when switchs to other windows

try this
1) click on pulldown menu, any item - e.g. 'Search'
2) change to other application windows - select any from taskbar

# all the sub-items of selected item still appear on the screen
# they are also selectable, try click on any of them - e.g. 'Find on this
page...'
# the mozilla windows will active again, and the 'Find' dialog will appear,
.. the menu still work

that's it :)

(i try this on M9 and switch to Netscape 4.5 window - Win98 machine)

Yes.  Verified as a dup.  and it's fixed! :-)
