This is obviously needed to be equivalent to mochitest. Previous attempts ha problems with tests timing out.

https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try&revision=f6fc88b438d6985b2d0e8c539ca1c8f579f9e34f looks surprisingly green. In a "probably I did something wrong" way.
I looked at one log, and I don't see anything about ASAN_OPTIONS being set (though maybe there wouldn't be any), and I don't see any "Suppressions used" message that indicates the results of LeakSanitizer (which is enabled by default with ASan now).
WPT is running with ASan now.
