Steps to reproduce:

load a website and wait till it invalidates the session. The page will redirect to another page to start a new session. We use JSF.


Actual results:

In branch 41 and 47, it would redirect to the page and start new session. In branch 52 it does nothing. It wont refresh, it wont go to any page after a session is invalidated.


Expected results:

Page should redirect as did in previous versions of Firefox. In Chrome, IE and Edge it redirects fine.
I could not reproduce this issue on a banking site using Firefox 52.0.2 (20170323105023) on Windows 10.
