I had L3 commit access for a long time. Must have recently lost it (haven't been committing much to gecko as I've been working on non-gecko FlyWeb code).
I'm joining to help out with Quantum Flow, and I need commit access again. L3 please. For now I just need to push to try, but I'll need full commit access soon enough as I start landing patches.

Also, I'd like to know why the commit access was removed. I'm assuming some inactivity trigger got fired and this was just a "garbage collection" removal of commit access?

Yes, commit access is automatically disabled after a period of inactivity.
