Just as I've summarized: the File Bookmark dialog allows you to select multiple
"folders" but doesn't seem to actually file the bookmark in any but the last
selected "folder."
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. visit a page
2. Bookmarks, File Bookmark
3. Select multiple folders, then Ok
I actually think it would be neat if the BM would file multiply but, lacking
that, let's not lie about what we're going to do.
