As suggested by :bholley, perhaps we can make it easier to add new Talos tests. For pageloader tests specifically, in an ideal magical world we could just drop in a new html file. This bug is a placeholder for researching how we can improve adding new talos tests, so it is easier and faster for developers.

ideally this is a feature of the "new webextension pageloader" :)

this would be fairly easy- either the javascript can listdir and get all the files, or python can create a manifest on the fly when running talos.  That seems awesome- we need to think about reporting

This is one of those 'nice haves' if we had extra time to invest, also we aren't adding alot of new talos tests these days anyway, so going to close this out.
