After switching to Test CSS 1 (w/ bug)

Go to the URL, and play with switching to alternate stylesheets (View->Use Stylesheet->Test CSS 1). You will notice that the border around the page keeps its previous color, where it wasn't forced to redraw. Redrawing the affected areas for any reason sets the correct colors (like the menus rolling back on the top). Build id: 2002031008 (0.9.9)

Or, I should say, it *was* fixed since 0.9.9, rather than has been fixed.
