User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.12; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0 Build ID: 20170323110425 Steps to reproduce: Opened fresh version of firefox 52.0 ESR, open tab with gmail inbox (repeatable) Actual results: Inbox opens (partially). Firefox hangs. After a long period (minutes), a pop-up says "unresponsive script: Google hangouts", after longer period, it may let me cancel script. Expected results: list of online contacts should appear on the left. Also, I switched to ESR recently to avoid problem with Google Hangouts not supporting/supported in latest version of Firefox.

Tested in FF 52 ESR with Inbox, Gmail and Hangouts. I'm unable to reproduce this issue. The reporter may want to try running Firefox in Safe Mode.
