Reproduced with 2002040303 under Windows XP with attached document.
- Name it news-xml.php and open it with Mozilla, it hangs.
- Name it news-xml.xml and open it with Mozilla, it doesn't hang.
- Name it news-xml.php, remove the <!DOCTYPE and open it with Mozilla, it
doesn't hang.

May be related to bug 109685, but I couldn't reproduce that bug.

Build ID: 2002 04 02 03. Windows 2000.
When I save the attachment as "news-xml.php" and then open that file,
Mozilla hangs and sucks all available CPU.

Confirming on Linux. This makes no sense to me... Have to investigate.
