I pushed a try that deletes relevant code in GeckoRestyleManager, and no failure occurs. I guess we might not need to do the same thing for stylo. I'll close this bug. https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try&revision=d599b9e0df159eb38e97ba907a04b50c664c4475
