Release 7.0 1. Sign in with the same FxA on mobile and desktop => Sync => See the desktop tabs showing up on device in the "Synchronized Devices" list. 2. Open a few new tabs on desktop => "Sync Now" on desktop. 3. Go to "Synchronized Devices" and pull to refresh the synced tabs list. Expected: A sync is initialized and the new desktop tabs are transferred on device. Actual: The sync is not initialized. Note: 1. The tabs are correctly transferred when manually/automatically syncing. 2. Pull to refresh history works as expected.
