As of build 2002040403 1. Open NS6.2.2; Open Mail client 2. Compose message 3. Enter various email addresses (those you know you have encryption certs for and those you know you don't have certs for) 4. Click the security icon. Notice that the results contain several not found entries. Now select edit -> preferences -> privacy -> certificates 1. Select manage certificates and select the 'Other People' tab. 2. Exit out of the PSM and click on the security icon again. Notice the difference in the results.

There's no difference in results for me. Can you describe the difference (or add screenshots maybe). Thanks

Turns out my profile is corrupt. Created a couple of other profiles and have not been able to reproduce it within those accounts. Two older profiles exhibit the problem. Adding a zip with the cert dbs. If the key db is needed, email me directly. Adding relyea to the cc list.

This has been fixed somehow in the latest builds.
