1355730 - Remove My Yahoo! from browser.contentHandlers since My Yahoo! (by Yahoo! Japan) is no longer available

Our L10N resouce (https://hg.mozilla.org/releases/l10n/mozilla-beta/ja/file/tip/browser/chrome/browser-region/region.properties) has the following entries, but  My Yahoo! (by Yahoo! Japan) is no longer available now.

browser.contentHandlers.types.0.title	= My Yahoo!
browser.contentHandlers.types.0.uri	= http://add.my.yahoo.co.jp/rss?url=%s

So we should remove this.

flod and dynamis, this service (Yahoo Japan's My Yahoo page.) has been discontinued at September 2016.  Why don't we remove this entry?  I think that this My yahoo doesn't have affiliate contract with Mozilla and Yahoo Japan, so we can remove this entry without negotiation.

Has the service been removed only from Yahoo! Japan? If that's the case, I don't have a problem with removing it, as long as there's at least one service (and there is one already).

Japanese Firefox currently use 1. "My Yahoo!" and 2. "Live Dwango Reader" and only 1st one is EOL now.

As for the contract, Mozilla Corporation have no contract with any Japanese rss reader service providers.
To keep good relationship with Yahoo!, we'll notify (not negotiation) them about this.

My Yahoo (by Yahoo! Japan) has discontinued at 2016 and Yahoo! US doesn't deliver a service by Japanese.  So we should remove this entry.

flod, could you land this?  The permission of l10n-central isn't same as mozilla-central and I doesn't seems to have permission...

Sure, I assumed you had permissions to write on l10n repos.
