Come on guys, this is a site *run by a browser maker*. Adding "clever shiny new ****" to links should never break standard behaviour (ctrl-click, middle-click, right-click, back button, etc. etc.)

Middle-click is *really useful* for opening several links of interest from one initial page without navigating back and forth or having to use keyboard+mouse or having to go via the much slower right-click route.
Update: it also breaks ctrl-click. That gets bonus points, most sites that break middle-click still at least work with ctrl-click... :J
