Details
chrome://global/content/test-ipc.xul is shipped in our release builds, this doesn't seem intended. Also, it is the only file referencing chrome://global/content/remote-test-ipc.js

As of bug 1595908 the XUL variant does not exist anymore.

The point of the bug is that we're shipping test-only code to end-users, and that still applies even if the file is called .xhtml now.
