User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.133 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

Within the python virtual environment while in the bedrock directory I ran the command:
     $ bin/pipstrap.py
as laid out in the bedrock installation documentation .

Actual results:

I got the error message:
     -bash: bin/pipstrap.py: No such file or directory

Expected results:

pip should have upgraded.
