1356092 - Travis might be broken/largely delayed for tools repo, old-release-runner branch

Not sure what's going on there with automatic tests. I pushed [0] to the tools repo this morning and the tests never got triggered on the git mirror [1].
Not sure if they got removed/deactivated in the meantime, I see previous commits had those tests running.

Normally I would have waited for 24h or so to confirm there's an actual problem but last commit in the history dates from 20 Feb, so about 2 months ago. Maybe there's something that changes in the repo settings.

looks like something went wrong on the Travis side. since this happened almost 5 months ago it is impossible to see why the request for Travis was not triggered[1].

Either we:
(1) wait for next push to "old-release-runner" branch and monitor what is happening on Travis's side
(2) or we close this bug and reopen if this happens again.

Yeah, you're right. Let's go with (2) and reopen whenever we'll push to old-release-runner.
