The download page for Oracle's JDeveloper loops after you check all the boxes
and say accept. (You probably have to go through a few pages to reach this URL).
This is similar to a bug I reported ages ago with the Sun jdk download license
(which I cannot find in bugzilla).

The real download page appears briefly, but then is replaced by the license form.

Reporter:
Can you test it with a recent nightly build ?
If you still see this can you try a new profile ?
(run "mozilla -profilemanager" and create an additional test profile)

Unfortunately, this bug has reappeared.
If you try to download Oracle's JDeveloper, the same thing happens. You check
the boxes on the agreement page, click OK, the download page appears for a
second, only to be replaced by the license page again. This was on the RC2 build.
The start URL is
http://www.oracle.com/start/jdevelopereap/intro.html?src=855007&Act=8
The license page is
http://otn.oracle.com/software/htdocs/devlic.html?/software/products/jdev/htdocs/soft.html
It worked with the 4/28 build, so once again there is a regression.

It worked the last time I tried it with 1.0 :-)
But it had worked a while ago and then stopped working. Was anything ever done
to figure out what was going on?

The problem :
I can't reproduce it.
and i must know which component is the right one because Browser General doesn't
fix bugs.

It did something similar at the merck-medco site where I tried to renew a
prescription. It started displaying the ones I can refill, and then stopped,
erasing the page and giving the following message:
A system problem was encountered when retrieving your personalized prescription
information. Please note that some messages you would normally receive may not
be displayed. You may continue to use our site as usual; however, some items may
not be available at this time. If this is the case, please visit us again later
for complete prescription information. We apologize for the inconvenience.
IE did the page just fine.
