This is an enhancement
1)A variant in the patient was checked and was found as follows:
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/clinvar/variation/15336/
2)to check further protein ans structure in PDB
the search was done as follows:
http://www.rcsb.org/pdb/chromosome.do?v=hg37&chromosome=chr11&pos=5226643


Actual results:

The search results shows no overlapping region


Expected results:

The search query for PDB should instead have been
http://www.rcsb.org/pdb/chromosome.do?v=hg38&chromosome=chr11&pos=5226643
search result:HBB - 11p15.4
