Details

Because bug 1313111 only takes care of transposing tooltool manifest entries to toolchain dependencies, there remain a bunch of useless dependencies because some builds were using broad manifests instead of creating ad-hoc ones.
Presumably people thought they'd be better off making their build use the same compiler as the full browser build without having to keep another manifest up-to-date, even though that pulled in a lot of unnecessary dependencies?
