1357000 - [Regression] TestSQLiteLoginsPerf Unit tests are failing on Nightly

There are three tests under this test suite which are failing in Nightly builds.

These tests are disabled in FennecEntreprise schema. Until they are fixed they should be disabled from Nightly too. I can do that if you agree.

After some investigations maybe there is a regression here...
These tests were passing on Nightly lately. They were deactivated in FennecEnterprise in Nov 3th 2016, but they have been running on Nightly successfully till this commit on April 13th: 02467f8015e5936425dfc7355c290f94c56ea57a

Does it make sense to you that a change it that commit make these tests fail? Thanks!
