Details

If view->show/hide->site navigation bar is switched to "show only as needed",
the site navigation bar will not appear and dissappear as you'd expect if you
switch from a tab with a site that uses the site navigation bar to a site that
doesn't and vice versa. I think that must be a bug (if it's not a feature).
