STR:
1. about:preferences#privacy
2. Open the Exceptions window for cookies
3. Type https://example.com
4. Alt+A for "Allow"
Result: Nothing happens

Alternatively, try Alt+B for "Block", and it opens the Bookmarks menu instead.

This was in today's Nightly 55 on Win64.

The same for Settings and Smooth near the bottom of about:preferences#general .

Summary: Keyboard accelerators don't work in cookies exceptions dialog → Keyboard accelerators don't work in Preferences

This is because the shortcuts are in the content area. You will need to use Shift in addition use the access keys. For example, Shift+Alt+B to use "Block".

I realize this is not obvious but I'm not sure how we should make this clearer.
