 - running taskcluster-worker, not generic-worker
 - using native-engine, not docker-engine

Note that this hasn't run a "real" Gecko task yet.  From Dragos' perspective, getting the worker running at all is the important bit.

With this in place, we can go on to start running Gecko jobs on this platform and identify any issues that arise either from use of Ubuntu 16.04 or from use of taskcluster-worker.
