This bug is for the Firefox team to explore what it would take to remove anchors from all Firfox in-product links.

Here's an example of an in-product link to SUMO with an anchor

1. Surf to any page
2. Click on the "i in a circle"  to the left of the URL in the awesome bar
3. Click on ">"
4. Click on "More Information"
5. Click on the "question mark in a circle" on the bottom right
and you will see a link to SUMO with anchor "#Security" open up in Firefox
