Steps to reproduce:
I use "Marked as deleted" on IMAP, and when I delete a message, it is marked as deleted.
Actual results:
The message still appears in the UI, crossed-out.
Expected results:
The deleted messages should not appear.
To hide the marked-as-deleted messages, only a complex procedure exists (see http://kb.mozillazine.org/Folders_and_views). A simple item "Not deleted" in the quick filter bar would be a good option.

An interesting idea bug I cannot envision us doing this, given A. marked-as-deleted is non-default, B. filter bar realestate is somewhat precious, and, c>the whole idea users chose marked-as-deleted messages is so that deleted messages DO appear in the list.
Does customized view provide an alternative? Or sorting the status column?
