Do you see similar problems with http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-CSS1 ? There used to be problems like this related to coordinate overflow for background rects that we paint. Or perhaps this is somehow related to the background propagation to the canvas working halfway?
Sigh. This looks like an evangelism problem: two of the <div> elements are specified with an explicit `style="height: NNNpx"', so it only impacts said amount in the vertical flow. IE must ignore this or something.

just checked. It is a slow loading site, but I don't see any problems with problematic text reflows.
