1357948 - Get test privileged addons signed with production-compatible certs

For bug 1355336, we have test extensions signed with certificates chained to the staging environment root.  The verification code in Firefox only honors the preference for using staging in Nightly, so we'll need to get these extensions re-signed in the production environment in order to be able to run our automated tests on beta and release.
