Possible fallout from bug 1354672?
Summary: Intermittent devtools/client/debugger/new/test/mochitest/browser_dbg-debugger-buttons.js | Test timed out - → Intermittent browser_dbg-debugger-buttons.js | Test timed out -
this looks to have started around April 21st and has been quite consistent, I am trying to backfill to get more data. :jlast, I wonder if there is something more problematic as this and bug 1326555 started around similar timeframes and are related to the debugger/new/test cases? Both are timed out scenarios as well.

seems to be related to a merge from autoland: https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=mozilla-inbound&tochange=4002d5c4ca3e6f92c3fef5df4dd7a0ec139618c8&fromchange=72812cf49ddfb2203118986fca36c8048fb54918&filter-searchStr=linux%20x64%20pgo%20dt%20e10s&selectedJob=95341082 in that range I see an update to the devtools debugger frontend from bug 1354672: https://hg.mozilla.org/integration/mozilla-inbound/rev/2ddbf12eaee021e197c46071da5387cdae2af99e it looks like that is the root cause here. Related are a bunch of similar debugger/new/test failures: Bug 1351952 - devtools/client/debugger/new/test/mochitest/browser_dbg_keyboard-shortcuts.js | Test timed out (54 failures/week) Bug 1326555 - devtools/client/debugger/new/test/mochitest/browser_dbg-iframes.js | Test timed out (41 failures/week) this bug has 41 failures in the last week as well, so 136 failures in the last week on what looks to be the same failure. These all seem to be primarily if not exclusively linux opt/pgo :jlast, if you could look at this issue (assume the same for all 3 tests) it would make a difference in the results we see
Thanks :jmaher, this intermittent consistently points to an undefined frame. I filed a github bug, and will try to reproduce it locally. Hopefully, the fix can go out in the next release soon. - github.com/devtools-html/debugger.html/issues/2785 - https://treeherder.mozilla.org/logviewer.html#?job_id=93205084&repo=try&lineNumber=2093 - https://brasstacks.mozilla.com/orangefactor/?display=Bug&bugid=1358354&startday=2017-04-10&endday=2017-05-02&tree=all
