Not sure if we need to do anything, but filing bug to track in case we do. These builds will end up as different "platforms" (something like "linux-devedition") so we might break some assumptions there.
I think this is all done now in https://github.com/mozilla/treeherder/commit/8cc929765d61022be7730c80be4bd091039a81e9 and https://github.com/mozilla/treeherder/commit/f562257d56fc71b22c0d87b139891f0e8855f4e9.
