M3U8 means there was something wrong whilst it was being live streamed. Now it's been archived and is working as such.
Sadly, I don't thinks there's much we can do any more.

Huh, indeed it is working now. It wasn't working yesterday. The presentation is three years old, it wasn't being streamed yesterday.
