New mail notification with large font

The new mail notification is not big enough when a larger font is set in
preferences (say, 16px).
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Increase the font size in preferences->appearance->fonts
2. Check for new mail (send yourself one if necessary)
3. Wait for the new mail notification to appear
Actual Results: The new mail notification can not display properly because the
notification areais not big enough.
Expected Results: The notification area should increase with font size.
