There is code in the server-side mozreview extension to support "remote stripping." Basically, you can issue an `hg debugpushkey` command against a remote server to trigger a strip.

The idea was to automate the process of removing changesets associated with security-sensitive bugs. A few years later and that process is not automated. Furthermore, the reviewboard.remote_strip_users config option that must be set to enable the feature is not enabled on the server!

Since this appears to be a dead feature, let's remove it.

mozreview: remove support for remotely stripping changesets (bug 1359945);

These requests happen so infrequently that I don't think it's worth the time to properly automate it, so let's ditch the feature, as you suggested.
