If you rebrand Firefox Android, about:healthreport still shows "Firefox Health report" even though in the app it shows "My Browser Health Report"

If this felt like a web page, that might not be a problem, but in this case, it feels tightly integrated with the product (Linked from settings, about:healthreport).

We should provide a way to pass a browser name to the fhr server that it uses if there is a different browser name.
