136027 - mouseup event not fired when outside of window for other then LMB

'mouseup' event is not being fired when release occurs outside of window for
other then LMB. With left mouse button it works as expected. When I click in the
window are, drag outside the window and release, mouse up event is fired. When I
do the very same thing with middle or left mouse button, mouseup event is not fired.

This is quite critical for Mozgest (gesture recognition)...

Dupe, simular problem is described in bug 74348, and a better solution is discussed

Perhaps this is not a dupe after all, after I think about it. It does look
strange that mouse up is fired for left button but not for others. The other bug
is more like a workaround... I thought that it would not be a good idea to have
mouse up fired at all, because then it is not occuring inside of the document,
but since its done for left button it should be expanded to other buttons as well.
