From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.9) Gecko/20020324 BuildID: 0.9.9 When opening the URL above (http://www.riverside.hu ), all the windows of Mozilla freeze after changing the background color (dark blue). The window manager (WindowMaker) loses control of the windows, they are not refreshed. Killing the window with windowmaker leaves the mozilla-bin processes running in the background, only a 'killall -9 mozilla-bin' wipes them out. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Entered URL into the Location field 2. Pressed Enter :-) 3. Actual Results: Mozilla hanged BTW, we're on Debian GNU/Linux (sid) here, with XFree86 4.1.0, dri enabled (ATI).
Not freezing with linux 2002040510. It's a pure shockwave-site. Could you try a new nightly from http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/latest/ ? I didn't hear any sound, but sometimes plugins try to open a sound-device, if they can't, they freeze (Can't remember the workaround, anyone?). Thank's for testing mozilla.
