Digicert has a CloudOps BU, and CloudOps has previously wished that we could stop the certificate expiration notices. To do this, we need to alter the configuration of the Digicert account. Per our account rep: - We need to configure a renewal notices email address on each BU that wishes to continue receiving renewal notices. - We then need to clear the "account-wide" renewal notices email address, which our account rep can help with. Once we've done those two steps (in that order), CloudOps expirations will stop generating emails.
Each BU has one or more managers who can decide whether or not their BU should receive renewal notices. We should not proceed with the global alteration until all BUs have affirmed their needs going forward.
