[User Story] 
As a Firefox user, I want more information about Firefox than what's provided in the brief new user or updating user tours.

We should create a concise, beautiful set of user docs along the lines of http://help.apple.com/macOS/Sierra/WN/?lang=en_US#/siri-WN and https://help.apple.com/macOS/Sierra/new-to-mac/#/intro-new-to-mac

This would be web content. We'd link to it from our tours and from our help menu.
