Steps to reproduce
 1. Visit youtube.com
 2. Each video with an option button(:) in the far right. Tap an option button.

Expected result
 - It will pop up an option menu "Not interested / Add to Watch Later ／ Cancel"

Actual result
 - It does not pop up an option menu "Not interested / Add to Watch Later ／ Cancel" 
 - This issue cannot be reproduced in Chrome (Mobile)

Hello, I tried to reproduce this issue on the latest versions of Nightly 66.0a1 (2019-01-17), Beta 65.0b11 and Release 64.0.2 but without any success.
Devices:

• Motorola Nexus 6 (Android 7.1.1);
• OnePlus 5T (Android 8.1.0).

Due to that and the long distance between the affected version and the latest version, I'll close this issue as Worksforme, thanks.
