Details
When "dom.storage.enabled" is false this error is shown when on login.

Do you get the `Cookies and local storage are required` screen?

Yes, I saw this screen but now I realize that the steps to reproduce are so twisted that probably will be wontfix-ed. Nonetheless, I'll post them.
1. Set "dom.storage.enabled" to false
2. Visit accounts.firefox.com
3. Will be redirected to cookies_disabled screen
4. Press the back button of the browser
5. The signup page is opened
6. Click on sign in link
7. Type in valid credentials
8. Observe the error

Yeah this is a bit of an edge case, closing unless more users have this issue
