Steps to reproduce:

About once an hour my Internet connection through Firefox 53 64bit.  Opening new pages or refreshing does not resolve the issue.  If I close the browser and open it back up again everything functions again for a while.
I work at a corporate office and several pc's with this update are having this issues.

We are using a Mcafee gateway proxy and yes it uses NTLM
