Details 
1.  First of all you must place the iframe within a div and/or a table (see 
atachment)
2.  Using the attachment in a new window, resize the window height to be 
larger.
3.  Then resize the window to a smaller height.

Result: The div resizes but the iframe does not.
Expected: The iframe should resize along with the DIV.

P.S.  This bug may be in some way related to Bug 136067
I guess it would be a good idea to include the attachment :)

The following page shows that the vertical resize will happen if the page is
resized horisontally (or both horisontally and vertically by dragging the page
from corner). 

Also, the iframe is resized vertically only if it has room to grow. It is never
shrinked vertically. 

Horisontal resize is ok.

Also, if I omit frameborder=0 from iframe the vertical growing happens at each
2nd or 3rd vertical resize, presumably because the layout engine thinks it needs
a horisontal resize

The IFRAME is resized when the window is but not as smooth as I would like.
Lowering severity since it basically works, just not good enough.

Note: I loaded the testcases in separate *new windows*. If I a used window with
more than one tab they resized much smoother for some reason.

When testcase is resized the horizontal scrollbars flickers in the middle of the
iframe. Build 2003050211.
Resummarizing since the IFRAME is resized correctly when the window is
resized. Remaining problem: there is (major) flicker when resized.

WFM with Firebird 20030901 on Windows XP. The Resize works correct and I see no
flickering.

Got this fixed somehow?
WFM as well with Gecko/20030902 Firebird/0.6.1+. Would be good if the reporter
could verify this. Cause last time i saw this bug i was on another computer (win
2000 and older cpu). 
Confirmed to work properly in
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.5b) Gecko/20030903
and
Gecko/20030903 Firebird/0.6.1+ with and without a tab

Marking as Fixed....
Somewhere along the line I guess it got fixed.  I believe it's safe to mark this
as fixed.  The only thing is that I don't know what fixed it, which still leaves
a little uncertainty in my mind.  If we need to investigate why it got fixed,
then, by all means, reopen it, and I can probably look for the build.
