Steps to reproduce:
1) Open the attached swf.
2) Try the url : rtmp://pv1fms1.preview.adobeconnect.com:1935/?rtmp://localhost:8506/intro/bwcheck in First text input.
3)Click on Connect NetConnection.
4)Click on Disconnect NetConnection.
5) Open the url :rtmps://pv1fms1.preview.adobeconnect.com:443/?rtmp://localhost:8506/intro/bwcheck
6)Click on Connect NetConnection.
Actual results:
3) NetConnection.Connect.Success event is received and can be seen in Text Area.
5)NetConnection.Connect.Failed is received and NetConnection is not created.
Expected results:
5) Netconnection should be created.

More information which can help fixing this:
It looks an issue about process privilege of FF 64bits plugin-container. It has been changed from "medium" integrity in 47.0 to "low" integrity at 47.0.1, which prevents Flash Player from accessing WinCrypt APIs that are required to make SSL connection for rtmps.

Yep, still open and as far as we are aware, little to no use in the wild.
