Doctype: loose DTD, with CSS2, validates at W3C.org. A DIV element, whose position, height, and width are controlled by CSS2 contains text (inside several P elements). Instead of rendering the text and padding within the allotted horizontal space, Mozilla renders the text as though the box were about 10% wider than it really is, forcing the user to scroll horizontally to read each line. Examples at: http://www.mattreynolds.com/about_layout.php and http://www.mattreynolds.com/sub2/absurd/britney_layout.php

The percentage bottom padding is what seems to cause issues here.... Seeing the bug on Linux too.
