If I try to log into the USPS Mailing Online service, it repeatedly asks me to
log in, saying after each attempt that the login was successful, then
redirecting me back to the login prompt.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open URL above.
2.Enter valid login ID and password.
3.Click Submit button.

Actual Results:  "Successfully logged in" followed by return to login page. 
This loops infinitely.

Expected Results:  Logged me into the USPS MOL feature.
