Once we have determined how to set up and run rust linting in tree, we will need to schedule it to be run in CI/Taskcluster.
Doing some bug cleanup. Once bug 1361341 is fixed, adding a taskcluster task will be trivial. I think I'd rather just tackle adding taskcluster support in the same bug so it all lands atomically.
