Steps to reproduce:

Create a website using a self signed certificate and add a favicon to the site.


Actual results:

When visiting the site using https, the favicon was not used for tab icon, bookmarks, or when added to the home screen. The favicon was used when the same site was visited without using https.


Expected results:

The favicon should have been loaded and used for bookmarks, tab, and home screen icon.
