Step to reproduce
1. Plug a headphone
2. Open and run a youtube video
3. Unplug the headphone and then plug the headphone immediately

Result:
The youtube video will get stuck and show the loading animation. If we refresh the page, it still cannot play.
OS: Unspecified → Mac OS X
Hardware: Unspecified → x86_64
This bug should be similar to bug 1355520.

Yeah, I think it's due to my last change on cubeb audiounit. I have landed a fix in cubeb repo which is very likely to clear this one (PR 293). I will test and let you know.

I can repro the main error but when I refresh the video can play.
Latest cubeb code solves this one.
