136170 - selected message doesn't load when navigating with keyboard.

Problem:
If you select multiple message headers in the header view with the keyboard
(CTRL-SHIFT-arrows), then unselect them using the keyboard leaving one message
highlighted, nothing displays.

Steps to reproduce:
1. select the first message in an un-collapsed thread. notice it loads just fine.
2. use the right arrow key to expand the thread.
3. while holding down the SHIFT key, arrow down to select mutliple messages in
the thread. notice that the mail window goes blank (expected), and mutiple
message indeed get selected.
4. still holding the SHIFT key down, arrow back up to the first message (the
original one selected) so it is the only one selected.
5. let go of all keys on the keyboard and notice that the message doesn't load.

expected results:
the currently selected message should always render/load.
